Making a complaint
At Te Whare Ruruhau O Meri (Te Whare), we’re committed to addressing and learning from complaints. Your feedback helps us understand how well we’re meeting the needs of whānau and guides us to improve our services.
If you feel your rights (or those of your whānau) have been breached, or you wish to make a complaint or express concern about any aspect of our services, staff or organisation, please call our office or email us at complaints@tewhare.org.nz.
